This weekend we had the opportunity to go to NYC with some friends, so we could swap babysitting while each other went to the Manhattan temple. While each couple was at the temple, the other went with the girls to the American Museum of Natural History. All of the exhibits were amazing. Sam and I probably enjoyed the dinosaur floor the most, but the girls really loved the African mammals and birds of the world exhibits. It was pretty crowded but the girls seemed to enjoy themselves most of the time. We ended up having them during nap time, so they both eventually fell asleep. Once we were all done at the temple we stopped by Zabar's for strudel to bring home and then at Magnolia for cupcakes. Luckily we didn't get any rain while we were in the city as predicted, but it was pretty windy and chilly. Overall is was a great day!
