Exploring NYC
Well I've been living in the dorms at UCMC in NYC during the weekdays for the past two weeks and I'm starting to get used to it. I'm definitely not saying that I love the city life, but I'm comfortable with the subway system and have my routine down fairly well. I haven't made it down to midtown or downtown Manhattan yet, but here are a few pics of what I've seen so far.
This picture if for Dr. Kurtzman. He always talked about how much he loved Zabar's Deli, so I stopped by while I was out and about on Broadway.

This is the view of the George Washington Bridge over the Hudson River from the balcony in my dorm building. Not the view from my window though...my window looks out over a roof top straight into another building. Oh, and on the other side of the river is New Jersey!

A little bit of Central Park. I didn't have a map to help me with where I was going, so I didn't wander too far into the park. It is actually pretty big and I didn't want to get lost! :)
The Manhattan LDS Temple right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the city!
This is as close as I got to the American Museum of Natural History. All the museums close on or before 5:30pm so I haven't been able to make it to any of them yet.

The first weekend I went down to NYC to stay Sam and Aubrey were nice enough to drive me, so the next Friday they came and picked me up. It was so great to see them that day! I thought the picture of Aubrey running down the street was funny. We missed each other so much!
